1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veda you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Veda on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Veda provides document upload, semantic alignment, chat, and analysis tooling for progress notes, transcripts, and other files. Features may evolve; substantial changes will be communicated in-app.
3. User Responsibilities
- Only upload content you own or have permission to process.
- Do not submit PHI unless you have lawful basis and proper safeguards.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded documents, results, and chat logs. By using Veda you grant us a limited, revocable license to process that data solely to provide the services described.
5. Subscription & Availability
Veda may offer paid tiers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance and emergency updates may temporarily limit access.
6. Third-Party Services
Optional integrations (e.g., OpenAI) are controlled by you. Enabling them may transfer data to the selected provider under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
7. Termination
You may stop using Veda at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect other users. Upon termination we will delete or return your data according to the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
Veda is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made from the generated alignments or chat output. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
